Do you find it hard to slow down? Or to let in sensation? Or to get in touch with or accept how you really feel about something or someone? Your defenses against vulnerability may be inconvenient, but they are not your enemy, and they need your friendship.
The way Rosen Method Bodywork lets the body lead and helps the conscious mind relax is a useful complement to coaching or counseling, where psychological defenses can often be experienced as obstacles to top-down goals or relational longings. In a bodywork session, it is easier to experience them simply as uncomfortable or constraining ways that your body has learned to protect you. This emotionally safer frame makes it easier for scared parts to recognize support and safety and loosen their grip - and as they loosen, they often reveal insights that you can bring to your next talk therapy or coaching session.
My need to collect session-hours for certification provides an opportunity for you to benefit from this approach at low cost. Exact details of fee, location, and schedule availability are still in flux at the moment. For now, please inquire below:

However, at this point in my professional development, the only kinds of sessions I am comfortable accepting money for are Rosen Method Bodywork or cuddling.
I have a background of software engineering in a corporate environment and my past hobbies have included contact improvisation and dragonboat racing. I am comfortable being with people of any gender and sexual orientation.
